Chia seeds Applesauce vanilla flax milk Red apple Maple syrup cinnamon optional; chopped pecans crushed vanilla cookie or graham cracker
Step 1
Make chia pudding
Step 2
Chop apples & simmer on low until tender
Step 3
Add apples to chia pudding and top with nuts & crushed vanilla cookie or graham cracker
