Crispy potatoes:
- red baby potatoes - avocado oil - salt + pepper - garlic powder

Edamame guacamole:
- avocados - edamame - cilantro - jalapeño slices - red onion - hemp seeds - lime juice - garlic granules - salt

STEP 1
Wash, cut, and season baby potatoes. Add directly to a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil.

While the potatoes bake, prepare the guacamole.

Remove potatoes from oven. Once cool enough to handle, scoop out the center of each.
