A fun, easy, & delicious way to eat tofu!

Step 1

Press & cut tofu

place tofu on its side & slice into 3 equal parts 

Then stack and slice into 4 equal parts

Step 2

crush pretzels & add to a bowl with spices  

Step 3

add oil to another bowl

Step 4

dip each slice of tofu in oil, then coat in pretzel mix 

Step 5

add to a warm skillet and cook each side for 5 minutes 

Step 6

enjoy as is or top with a spritz of lemon and chopped herbs!
