This vegan gluten-free stuffing is a delicious allergen friendly dish that everyone will love!

Step 1:  Cut gluten-free artisan style bread into small pieces. Add to a baking sheet and toast until golden.

Step 2:  Chop celery, onion, carrots, and garlic. Add to a skillet with vegan butter and spices and sauté until translucent & fragrant.

Step 3:  Remove toasted bread and add to the skillet along with fresh herbs and vegetable stock.

Step 4:  Bake for 20 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until golden.

Step 5:  Enjoy as is or with a drizzle of vegan gravy.
