Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
Prep sweet potatoes: Wash and dry sweet potato well. Cut into ¼-1/2 inch slices. Place slices onto baking sheet, ensuring slices do not overlap.
Bake: Once oven is preheated, place on middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crisp on the top. If desired, remove and flip after 20 minutes, then place back in the oven for another 4-6 minutes. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
Notes
*Sweet potato does not have to be peeled, but can be if desired.Store sweet potato slices in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Alternatively, freeze (with parchment paper in between slices) for up to 2 months.
