¼-½cupunsweetened flax milk or your favorite plant milk
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds - 1 minute or until creamy. Pour and enjoy!
Optional: top with hemp seeds, chia seeds, or coconut.
Notes
Use less milk for a smoothie bowl, more for a typical smoothie. Adjust as needed.If using an unsweetened plain yogurt, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. If you don't have plant milk on hand, sub for a big splash of orange juice! For a tropical look, layer the smoothie with yogurt (add a scoop of yogurt then pour in the smoothie. Repeat as desired.
