Snickerdoodle Protein Smoothie

A creamy smoothie that truly tastes like a snickerdoodle cookie. Sip on this creamy cinnamon delight for breakfast to fuel you through the morning or enjoy post-workout!

Equipment

  • high speed blender
  • measuring cups & spoons

Ingredients

  • ½ heaping cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • ½ large banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scant scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla granola butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or sub ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean seeds)
  • 1 cup flax milk (or other high protein plant-based milk)
  • pinch of Himalayan sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour and serve/enjoy immediately!

Notes

Up to a cup of frozen cauliflower florets can be used (don't worry, you can't taste it).
Feel free to add an extra splash of milk if needed or decrease the amount of milk to ½ a cup + an extra splash for a creamy smoothie bowl (make sure to use a frozen banana if you are making a smoothie bowl).
