Ingredients
1heaping cupfrozen strawberries
1 cupplant milk of choice*
ΒΌcupvanilla coconut yogurtI used Culina Bourbon Vanilla
1scoop vanilla protein powder
1tablespoonpure maple syrup
2tablespoonshemp seeds
1 tablespoonflaxseed meal
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass (or on-the-go container) and serve immediately. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again.
