Strawberry Smoothie Without Banana

This strawberry smoothie is made without banana, but is still thick and creamy thanks to coconut yogurt, protein powder, and a handful of superfoods.

Equipment

  • high speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup plant milk of choice*
  • ΒΌ cup vanilla coconut yogurt I used Culina Bourbon Vanilla
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass (or on-the-go container) and serve immediately. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again.

Yields one large smoothie or two small smoothies
