½cupvanilla flax milk (or other plant-based milk/barista blend)
1teaspoondate syrup (or sub maple)
¼-½teaspooncinnamon*

Instructions
Brew coffee of choice: prepare coffee or espresso and add to a mug. *If using strongly brewed coffee or a coffee concentrate, use ¼ cup. If using regular coffee, use ½ cup or more (to taste).
Prepare sweet milk: add plant milk, date syrup, cinnamon & a pinch of sea salt to a milk frother. Alternatively, warm milk (on the stovetop or in the microwave) and add all ingredients to a blender for 10-15 seconds to create a frothy texture.
Add hot milk to coffee: pour milk into the mug and top with an additional dash of cinnamon and/or vegan whipped cream. Enjoy!
Notes
For an iced latte, use chilled coffee or espresso, or cold brew. I love this bottled espresso cold brew concentrate. Additionally, skip warming the milk.*I love cinnamon & use a heaping ½ a teaspoon or more. For a more subtle flavor use ¼.
