Vegan Trail Mix with Chocolate

Ingredients

sliced almonds

salted and roasted cashews

cup
raw pecans

cup
raw pumpkin seeds
1 scant
cup
dried unsweetened cherries
1 scant
cup
dried unsweetened cranberries

cup
dark chocolate chunks
(I used a dark chocolate salted almond bar and chopped it into chunks)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss or fold lightly to combine
Store trail mix in mason jars or an airtight container. Taking it on-the-go? Pop some into a reusable silicone snack or sandwich bag.
