Vegan Trail Mix with Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup salted and roasted cashews
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 scant cup dried unsweetened cherries
  • 1 scant cup dried unsweetened cranberries
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (I used a dark chocolate salted almond bar and chopped it into chunks)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss or fold lightly to combine
  • Store trail mix in mason jars or an airtight container. Taking it on-the-go? Pop some into a reusable silicone snack or sandwich bag.
