Vegan Trail Mix with Chocolate
This vegan trail mix is sweet, salty, crunchy, and packed with dark chocolate chunks, nuts, pumpkin seeds, and dried fruit. Ready in 5 minutes and perfect for snacking all week long.

Servings: 6 cups of trail mix
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup salted and roasted cashews
- 1 cup raw pecans
- ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 scant cup dried unsweetened cherries or sub raisins
- 1 scant cup dried unsweetened cranberries
- 1 cup dark chocolate salted almond bar, roughly chopped into chunks or sub chocolate of choice
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss together until well combined. If using a chopped chocolate bar, a mix of small chocolate bits and larger bite-sized chunks gives the best texture.
Transfer to jars or an airtight container for easy snacking.
